Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the US that exceed a $90 value! They will be shipped with USPS or UPS.
Orders will usually be processed within 3-5 business days, but could be longer during busy times. We will do our best to communicate with you if we expect your order to take longer than expect to ship out.
As of now, we only shipping within the domestic United States on this website. We encourage all international customers to purchase from our Etsy shop. We apologize for the inconvenience! Etsy may charge you a higher shipping price than what the postage will actually cost, so we will refund you the difference once your item is shipped. If you would like to get a more accurate quote on shipping before you purchase, please feel free to reach out to us, tell us what you plan to order, and we will let you know!
Returns and Cancellations
We accept returns as long as your reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
You are able to cancel your order as long as you have not received a notification that your order has been shipped. Just contact us and we'll do that for you!
Gift Messages
We currently are not able to have a specialized field for a gift message at checkout, but please feel free to add one in your order comment and we will send it in the order to the recipient when we package your items.
Loyalty Program
You can earn rewards points on our website in a few ways.
1 pt for each $1 spent (awarded when your order is shipped)
10 pts for each review you post
20 pts for creating an account on our site
10 pts for signing up for our email newsletter
When you have accrued enough points, you can purchase a gift card using your points that you can send to a friend or yourself to make further purchases at our shop! Just make sure to click the button to redeem using your points instead of adding it to your cart directly.
